Message Templates
Create and manage reusable message templates to respond to clients quickly and consistently.
What are Message Templates?
Message templates are pre-written messages that you can use to quickly respond to clients. They help ensure consistency in your communications and save time on repetitive messages.
Templates can be used for:
- SMS messages
- Email responses
- Chat replies
- Campaign messages
Creating a Template
To create a new message template:
- Go to Settings → Message Templates
- Click Create Template
- Enter a name for your template (e.g., "Appointment Reminder")
- Write your message content
- Add any variables you want to personalize (see below)
- Click Save

Using Templates
You can use templates in several places:
In Messenger
- Open a conversation with a client
- Click the Templates icon in the message composer
- Select the template you want to use
- Review the message (variables will be filled in)
- Click Send

When creating a campaign, you can select a message template to use for all messages in that campaign. This ensures consistency across all your outreach.
Managing Templates
From the Message Templates page, you can:
