📥 Case Import/Export
Importing Cases
Bring cases in from a spreadsheet:
- Go to Settings → Import
- Upload your CSV or Excel file
- Match your columns to Kayse AI fields
- Preview what will be imported
- Handle any duplicates
- Finish the import!

📤 Exporting Cases
Download your case data to a file:
- Go to the Cases page
- Use filters if you only want certain cases
- Click Export
- Export the data as CSV
- (Optional) Click Columns to choose which fields to include
- Download the file
🧱 Case Export Columns
Case exports include flexible column selection, similar to report exports:
- Base case fields (name, number, type, status, dates, etc.)
- Additional Info custom fields
- Linked client fields (IDs, names, primary email, primary phone)
🔄 CRM Synchronization
Cases can sync with your existing CRM system so everything stays up to date!
