System Logs – Bulk Actions
The Bulk Actions tab helps you monitor and review large-scale operations, like mass emails or SMS campaigns.
It gives you full visibility into what was sent, by whom, and how it performed — all in one place.
Use it to:
- 📦 Understand the scope and results of batch jobs
- 🔍 Investigate delivery issues or failed sends
- ✅ Ensure reliable communication and system accountability

Use this tab to track all batch operations, including:
- Send Batch Email
- Send Batch SMS
📌 What Is Displayed in Bulk Actions
Each batch job entry includes:
- 🔹 Action – The type of batch operation (e.g., Send Batch Email, Send Batch SMS)
- 🔹 Date & Time – When the operation was triggered
- 🔹 Actor – Who initiated the job (e.g., Admin, System)
- 🔹 Messaged – Number of clients/messages in the batch
- 🔹 Delivered – Successfully delivered messages
- 🔹 Ignored – Messages skipped or filtered out
- 🔹 Failed – Messages that failed (e.g., invalid numbers, carrier issues)
- 🔹 Source – Origin of the batch job (Web UI, API, etc.)
Filtering and Search in Bulk Actions
Action Filter
Filter by batch job type:
- All
- Send Batch SMS
- Send Batch Email
️ Drill-Down Page Columns
Click into a batch job to view per-message details:
- Kind – Inbound or Outbound
- Channel – SMS or Email
- Case – Linked case (ID and name)
- Client – Who triggered the message
- Status – Delivered, Seen, or Failed
