System Logs – Single Actions
System Logs help you keep a clear record of individual activities across the system.
This includes actions made by admins, clients, or the system itself — such as edits, status updates, and record creation.
With this log, you can:
- 🕵️♂️ Track who did what and when
- ✅ Review detailed changes to client data, campaigns, and more
- 📂 Ensure transparency and accountability in day-to-day operations
️ What Is Displayed in Single Actions
Each log entry includes:
- Action – what was performed (e.g., “Client created”, “Campaign updated”, “Batch Send SMS”)
- Actor Name – visible name (e.g., “John Doy”) and actor type:
- 👤 Admin – actions by staff/admins
- 👥 Client – actions triggered by clients
- ⚙️ System – system-initiated actions
- Date & Time – when the action occurred
- Source – where the action originated:
- 🌐 Web (UI)
- 🔗 API
- 🤖 AI
- 📱 Mobile App
