Create and save ready-to-go messages so you can reply to clients fast and keep things consistent. ✨

💡 What are Message Templates?

Message templates are pre-written messages you can use again and again. They help you save time and make sure your messages always sound professional.

You can use templates for:

✏️ Creating a Template

To make a new message template:

  1. Go to Settings → Message Templates
  2. Click Create Template
  3. Type a name for it (like "Appointment Reminder")
  4. Pick the type (SMS, Email, or Both)
  5. Write your message
  6. Add any variables to make it personal
  7. Click Save

📱 SMS Templates

Short messages made for texting:

📧 Email Templates

Nicely formatted emails:

🔄 Universal Templates

These work for both SMS and email. Each channel gets its own version.

🏷️ Using Variables

Variables let you fill in each client's info automatically. When the message is sent, the placeholders swap in the real values.
