Organizations

Organizations let multi-company teams manage related companies from one workspace. If your account has organization access, use the workspace switcher in the sidebar to pick the organization you want to review.

Overview

The Organization page gives organization users a rollup across linked companies:

Each company card shows case count, staff count, billing, calls, and SMS segments. Click a company name to switch into that company and open its company settings.

Access Control

Organization admins can manage organization-level and company-level roles from Access Control.

Organization roles

Organization ViewerRead-only organization-level access. Available pages depend on the permissions enabled for your account

Assigning access

  1. Open the organization workspace.
  2. Go to Access Control.
  3. Click Assign Role.
  4. Choose Existing Member or Invite New.
  5. Set Company Assignment to Organization Level for an organization role, or choose a specific company for a company role.
  6. Save or send the invitation.

Use the Organization and Company tabs to review who has organization-level access and who has company-specific access. You can search by name or email, filter by role, and filter company assignments.

Reporting

The Reporting tab shows aggregated organization activity across companies.

Billing

When billing access is available for your role, the organization view can show month-to-date billing summaries across companies. Company cards can also show billing totals, call counts, and SMS segments so teams can compare usage across the organization.

If you cannot open an organization page or tab, your current role may not include organization access. Ask an organization admin to review your organization role or company assignment.
