Phone Numbers

Manage the phone numbers you use for texting and calling in Kayse AI. 📞 Find the Phones page at Settings & Tools → Phones in the main menu.

👀 Viewing Phone Numbers

Go to Phones to see all the phone numbers on your account. The list shows each number's status, reputation score, which campaigns use it, and which AI agents are linked to it.

Filter by Agent

Use the Agent dropdown to show only numbers linked to a specific AI agent. The filter displays only agents with configured names.

➕ Adding a Phone Number

  1. Go to Phones
  2. Click New
  3. You can type a 3-digit US area code (2XX–9XX) if you want a number from a certain area
  4. Leave it blank and the system picks one for you
  5. Click Add Phone

After adding, you'll see the new number and its status (like Active or Ready to Use). ✅

📋 Number Types

🛡️ Spam Monitoring
