👤 Your Profile

Your profile has info about you that your team and clients might see.

Profile Information

To update your profile:

  1. Click your picture in the top-right corner
  2. Pick Profile Settings
  3. Change what you need
  4. Click Save

Keep your account safe with these settings.

🔑 Changing Your Password

  1. Go to Profile Settings → Security
  2. Click Change Password
  3. Type your current password
  4. Type your new password and confirm it
  5. Click Update Password

Password Requirements

🛡️ Two-Factor Authentication

Add extra security to your account with two-factor authentication (2FA). It's like having two locks on your door!

  1. Go to Profile Settings → Security
  2. Click Enable 2FA
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
  4. Enter the code it gives you
  5. Save your backup codes somewhere safe

Important

Save your backup codes in a safe place! You'll need them if you lose access to your authenticator app. 🔐

💻 Session Management

See and manage all the places where you're logged in.

Viewing Active Sessions

Go to Profile Settings → Sessions to see every device where you're logged in:

Signing Out of Sessions

You can sign out from specific devices or all of them:

🏢 Multiple Companies

If you have access to more than one Kayse AI account, you can switch between them.

Switching Companies

  1. Click your picture in the top-right corner
  2. Pick Switch Company
  3. Choose the company you want

Each company has its own cases, settings, and data. Your profile settings stay the same across all of them.

👥 Company Roles

You might have a different role in each company. Your current role shows on your profile. Admins can change it in Settings → Team:

Default Company

Pick which company opens when you log in:

  1. Go to Profile Settings → Companies
  2. Click Set Default next to the one you want
  3. That company loads automatically next time

  2. Click Generate API Key
  3. Give it a name
  4. Copy and save it right away (you won't see it again!)

📱 Mobile App

Connect the Kayse AI mobile app to your account:

  4. Check your email for a verification link
  5. Tap the link to connect

🔐 Data & Privacy

Download Your Data

Get a copy of your personal data:

  1. Go to Profile Settings → Privacy
  2. Click Request Data Export
  3. You'll get a download link in your email

Delete Account

Warning

Deleting your account is permanent and can't be undone. ⚠️

Contact your administrator to delete your account. Admins can remove users from Settings → Team.
