🖥️ Web App

• Added the In-app messaging feature.

• Worked on refactoring cases on the frontend and connecting new APIs.

• Worked on refactoring clients on the frontend and connecting new APIs.

• Implemented UI/UX improvements.

• Added tooltips for the “bulk SMS sending” to the Send a Message button on the Cases page, and under the SMS channel dropdown on each Automation’s page.

• Added the “OG image”.

📱Mobile App

• Added the In-app messaging.

• Released a new app version with a new Auth service.

👾 Backend

• Implemented the limiting of 3 sms messages per phone number per second.

• Refactored and optimized the Cases module.

• Refactored and optimized the Clients module.
