System Logging, LawRuler Sync & Voice Notes

This week’s release includes impactful improvements and new features across LawRuler & SmartAdvocate integrations, Messenger, Mobile, and System-Wide Logging to enhance stability, usability, and visibility.

✨ New Features

📄 System-Wide Audit Log

We’ve introduced a powerful system-wide audit log to track user, client, and system actions — bringing greater accountability and visibility to your operations.

✅ Tracks:

• AI Campaigns: Created, Edited, Put on Hold/Resumed, Deleted
• Client Records: Created, Updated, Deleted

✅ Features:

• Filter by action, actor, source, resource
• Expandable rows with full metadata
• Clear icons for users, campaigns, and batch jobs
• Fully responsive layout with search

📤 File Upload Sync with LawRuler and SmartAdvocate

Documents uploaded to Kayse via:

• Messenger
• Tasks
• Secure Link

…are now automatically synced to LawRuler/SmartAdvocate and appear in the appropriate case.

Companies can enable/disable file syncing via a frontend toggle for flexibility.

🎙️ Voice Note Messaging in the In-App Channel (Web & Mobile)

Clients and staff can now record and send voice messages directly in chat on both Web and Mobile — perfect for quick, flexible updates.

🔐 Confidentiality Notice in All Kayse Emails

We’ve added a CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE to the footer of all outgoing emails, including:

• New client invitations
• Clients without the app
• Status changes, case reopenings
• Task assignments
• Regular and bulk messages
• Sentiment automation
• Company invites

🛠 Improvements

✅ LawRuler Authentication Update

We can now reliably connect and transmit data via API after completing updates to the authentication process.

✅ Improved Client Search on Case Page

Search functionality now supports:

• First + Last Name
• Case Number
• Phone Number
• Email

✅ Prevent Mobile Invites to Clients Without Cases

Kayse will now block mobile invites to clients who don’t yet have an associated Case — preventing confusion and miscommunication.

✅ Consistent Singular/Plural in Search Labels

Standardized UI language for clarity.

✅ Responsive Layout for Messenger, Cases, Clients

Improved layout on smaller screens with sidebar toggle and smooth structure.

✅ Improved Text Visibility in LawRuler Modal

Ensured webhook text is readable on dark backgrounds.
