✨ New Features 📊 Bulk Messaging Tracker
You can now easily see what happened after sending mass messages (like texts or emails). On the new Bulk Actions page, you'll be able to:
Why it matters: You’ll have better visibility into your outreach campaigns and can quickly identify any delivery issues.

🎂 Date of Birth Support in File Imports
When uploading client or case data, you can now include Date of Birth (DOB) in various formats. We support several common date styles, and you can select the right one from a dropdown menu.
Why it matters: This makes data imports more flexible and helps reduce formatting issues.

🏷️ New "On Behalf Of" (OBO) List Tag
You can now mark case lists as being managed "On Behalf Of" someone else:


🔧 Improvements 📧 Smarter Email Notifications
Admins can now filter email notifications by case sub-type.
Why it matters: You'll get updates that are more relevant to your role, and fewer distractions from unrelated cases.

📱 Design and Usability Tweaks
We’ve polished several parts of both the desktop and mobile apps to make navigation and interaction smoother.
🚫 Better Error Handling
If a related record is missing (like a linked file or reference), the system will now handle it gracefully without causing disruptions to your workflow.
