Company Settings
Configure your company profile, team members, case types, and other organization-wide settings.
Company Profile
Your company profile contains information about your organization that appears in various places throughout Kayse.
Basic Information
- Company name — Your organization's name
- Phone number — Main contact number
- Email — Primary email address
- Address — Physical location
- Website — Your website URL
- Logo — Company logo for branding
To update your company profile:
- Go to Settings → Company
- Update the fields you want to change
- Click Save
Team Members
Manage who has access to your Kayse account and what they can do.
Adding Team Members
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click Invite Team Member
- Enter their email address
- Select their role (Admin, Manager, or User)
- Click Send Invite
Roles and Permissions
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access to all features and settings |
| Manager | Access to cases, campaigns, and team management |
| User | Access to assigned cases and messaging |
Case Types
Case types help you categorize cases based on the type of matter. Each case type can have its own settings.
Managing Case Types
- Go to Settings → Case Types
- Click Add Case Type to create a new type
- Enter a name (e.g., "Personal Injury", "Workers' Comp")
- Configure settings specific to this case type
- Click Save
Case Type Settings
For each case type, you can configure:
- Custom statuses
- Default task lists
- Required fields
- Automation rules
Phone Numbers
Manage the phone numbers used for SMS and calls in Kayse.
Viewing Phone Numbers
Go to Settings → Phone Numbers to see all phone numbers associated with your account.
Number Assignment
You can assign phone numbers to specific purposes:
- General messaging
- Campaigns
- AI Receptionist
Integrations
Connect Kayse with other tools you use.
Available Integrations
- SmartAdvocate — Sync cases and clients
- LawRuler — Import leads and sync data
To set up an integration:
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Select the integration you want to enable
- Follow the setup instructions
- Configure sync settings
Notification Settings
Control how your team receives notifications about new messages, calls, and other events.
Notification Channels
- In-app notifications — Notifications within Kayse
- Email notifications — Emails for important events
- Push notifications — Mobile app notifications
Configuring Notifications
Go to Settings → Notifications to customize which events trigger notifications and how they're delivered.
Business Hours
Set your firm's business hours to control when certain features are active.
Business hours affect:
- AI Receptionist behavior (different prompts for after-hours)
- Campaign sending times
- Auto-reply messages
To set business hours:
- Go to Settings → Company
- Scroll to Business Hours
- Set your hours for each day of the week
- Click Save
