Your Profile

Your profile contains your personal information that appears to team members and in communications.

Profile Information

  • Full name — Your name as it appears in Kayse
  • Email — Your login email (also used for notifications)
  • Phone number — Your personal phone number
  • Profile photo — Your avatar image

To update your profile:

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner
  2. Select Profile Settings
  3. Update your information
  4. Click Save

Notification Preferences

Control which notifications you receive and how you receive them.

Notification Types

Event Description
New message When a client sends a message
Missed call When a call is missed
Case assigned When a case is assigned to you
Task due When a task deadline is approaching
Negative sentiment When negative sentiment is detected

Delivery Methods

For each notification type, you can choose:

  • In-app — Shows in the Kayse notification center
  • Email — Sends an email to your account email
  • Push — Sends a push notification to your mobile device

Security

Keep your account secure with these settings.

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to Profile Settings → Security
  2. Click Change Password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter and confirm your new password
  5. Click Update Password

Two-Factor Authentication

Add an extra layer of security to your account by enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).

  1. Go to Profile Settings → Security
  2. Click Enable 2FA
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
  4. Enter the verification code
  5. Save your backup codes
⚠️ Important

Save your backup codes in a secure location. You'll need them if you lose access to your authenticator app.

Session Management

View and manage your active login sessions.

Viewing Active Sessions

Go to Profile Settings → Sessions to see all devices where you're logged in.

Signing Out of Sessions

You can sign out of individual sessions or all sessions at once:

  • Sign out session — Ends a specific session
  • Sign out all sessions — Ends all sessions except your current one

Multiple Companies

If you have access to multiple Kayse accounts, you can switch between them.

Switching Companies

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner
  2. Select Switch Company
  3. Choose the company you want to access

Each company has its own cases, settings, and data. Your profile settings apply across all companies.
