Profile Settings
Manage your personal profile, notification preferences, and security settings.
Your Profile
Your profile contains your personal information that appears to team members and in communications.
Profile Information
- Full name — Your name as it appears in Kayse
- Email — Your login email (also used for notifications)
- Phone number — Your personal phone number
- Profile photo — Your avatar image
To update your profile:
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner
- Select Profile Settings
- Update your information
- Click Save
Notification Preferences
Control which notifications you receive and how you receive them.
Notification Types
| Event | Description |
|---|---|
| New message | When a client sends a message |
| Missed call | When a call is missed |
| Case assigned | When a case is assigned to you |
| Task due | When a task deadline is approaching |
| Negative sentiment | When negative sentiment is detected |
Delivery Methods
For each notification type, you can choose:
- In-app — Shows in the Kayse notification center
- Email — Sends an email to your account email
- Push — Sends a push notification to your mobile device
Security
Keep your account secure with these settings.
Changing Your Password
- Go to Profile Settings → Security
- Click Change Password
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click Update Password
Two-Factor Authentication
Add an extra layer of security to your account by enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).
- Go to Profile Settings → Security
- Click Enable 2FA
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
- Enter the verification code
- Save your backup codes
Save your backup codes in a secure location. You'll need them if you lose access to your authenticator app.
Session Management
View and manage your active login sessions.
Viewing Active Sessions
Go to Profile Settings → Sessions to see all devices where you're logged in.
Signing Out of Sessions
You can sign out of individual sessions or all sessions at once:
- Sign out session — Ends a specific session
- Sign out all sessions — Ends all sessions except your current one
Multiple Companies
If you have access to multiple Kayse accounts, you can switch between them.
Switching Companies
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner
- Select Switch Company
- Choose the company you want to access
Each company has its own cases, settings, and data. Your profile settings apply across all companies.
