🔄 Self Healed Contacts Report

This report finds new phone numbers that were discovered through enrichment and confirmed by at least one successful call. It helps you see which numbers were found automatically and actually work!

A contact shows up in this report when:

  • The number was added through enrichment (not typed in or imported by hand)
  • At least one successful call was made to that number ✅
  • The number has not been flagged as a wrong number

Each row includes:

New NumberThe phone number that was found through enrichment 🆕
Old NumberThe original phone number that was on file before

🛠️ Setting Up the Report

  1. Go to Settings → Enrichment Reports
  2. Toggle Enabled on
  3. Pick a frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly) 📅
  4. Set the time of day for delivery
  5. Add email addresses for who should get it 📧
  6. Save

The report comes as an Excel file attached to an email at the time you picked.

🎨 Custom Reports

Build your own reports:

  1. Go to Analytics → Reports
  2. Click Create Report
  3. Pick the numbers you want to include
  4. Set filters and date range 📅
  5. Choose how to display the data (charts, tables, etc.)
  6. Save the report
