Workflows

Use Settings & Tools → Workflows to connect Kayse AI with Zapier-powered workflow automation.

Overview

Workflows lets Admin users open the embedded Zapier workflow builder inside Kayse AI so they can configure cross-tool automations.

Common use cases:

• Trigger actions in external tools after key events
• Route data between Kayse AI and connected apps
• Standardize handoffs and follow-up flows

Access

1. Open Settings & Tools → Workflows
2. Configure or review your workflow setup in the builder

Before You Start

• Your role must include access to Settings & Tools features
• Your organization should have Zapier integration configured
• Browser sessions on unsupported local domains may not load Zapier Elements

Notes

• Workflows is designed as an advanced integration feature for Admins.
• If Workflows is not visible in your sidebar, check role permissions or contact your account admin.
