🔑 API Settings

Manage API access for developers who want to connect to Kayse AI:

  1. Go to Settings → API
  2. Click Generate API Key
  3. Give the key a name
  4. Set what it's allowed to do
  5. Copy the key and keep it safe! 🔐

📊 Usage Reports

Create detailed reports about your usage:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Usage Reports
  3. Pick a date range
  4. Choose the type of report
  5. Export it (CSV, PDF) 📥

📅 Scheduled Reports

Set up reports that come to you automatically:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing (or CompanyReports tab)
  2. Set up what the report should include
  3. Choose how often (daily, weekly, monthly)
  4. Pick who should get it
  5. Reports show up in your email automatically! 📧

🔄 Self-Healed Contacts Report

The Self-Healed Contacts Report shows phone numbers that were found through enrichment and then confirmed by a successful call. Use it to keep your CRM or contact data up to date with verified numbers!

  • What it includes — Phone numbers that were enriched and confirmed by a successful call (and not flagged as a wrong number)
  • Schedule — Daily, weekly, or monthly delivery to the email addresses you choose
  • Column selection — Choose exactly which report columns to include (External ID, New Number, Old Number)
  • How to use it — Import verified numbers into your CRM or review which contacts were successfully updated

To turn it on:

  1. Go to Settings → Company (or Billing) and open the Reports / Self-Healed Contacts Report section
  2. Turn on Enable self-healed contacts report
  3. Choose Report frequency and delivery time
  4. Add the email addresses you want reports sent to
  5. Click Customize Columns and select the report fields you want
  6. Save — reports will be sent on your chosen schedule! 📬

📤 Manual Self-Healing Export (Lists and Self-Healing page)

When exporting Self-Healing data manually, you can choose columns before the CSV is generated:

  1. Open Lists and click Export Enriched (or open the Self-Healing page and click Export CSV)
  2. In Customize Columns, select or deselect fields
  3. Click Apply Changes to export a CSV with only the selected columns

🔍 Viewing the System Log

  1. Go to Settings → System Log
  2. Filter by event type
  3. Filter by user
  4. Filter by date range
  5. Click on any event for details
