Attachments
Manage uploaded documents in one place from Settings & Tools → Attachments. This page is helpful when you need to review files across many cases, not just inside a single case record.
What You Can Do
On the Attachments page, you can:
- Search files by name
- Filter by Case Type
- Sort by File Name, Created, and Last Downloaded
- Open linked Client and Case records directly from each row
- Download individual files
- Delete attachments
- Download a ZIP archive of the current filtered results
How It Works
The table includes:

| Last Downloaded | Most recent download time |
Download Archive (ZIP)
Use Download Archive to export all files in your current view as one ZIP:
- Go to Attachments
- Set filters (search text and/or case type)
- Click Download Archive
- Wait for the archive to finish and download automatically
If you open Attachments from a case/client context, pre-applied filters are also included in the archive request.
Permissions
The Attachments section is available to Admin-level users. If you do not see it in the sidebar, ask your account admin to review your role permissions.
