Manage your personal info, notifications, and security settings. ⚙️
👤 Your Profile
Your profile has info about you that your team and clients might see.
Profile Information

To update your profile:
- Click your picture in the top-right corner
- Pick Profile Settings
- Change what you need
- Click Save
🌍 Timezone Settings
Your timezone affects:
- How dates and times show up
- When you get notifications
- Scheduled messages and tasks
🔔 Notification Preferences
Choose which alerts you get and how you get them.
Notification Types

📨 Delivery Methods
For each alert, pick how you want to hear about it:

🎯 Notification Filters
Narrow down your alerts:

💬 Messenger Filters

📧 Email Notification Settings

🔒 Security
Keep your account safe with these settings.
🔑 Changing Your Password
- Go to Profile Settings → Security
- Click Change Password
- Type your current password
- Type your new password and confirm it
- Click Update Password
Password Requirements

| Complexity | Mix of letters, numbers, and symbols |
| No Reuse | Can't use a password you've used recently |
🛡️ Two-Factor Authentication
Add extra security to your account with two-factor authentication (2FA). It's like having two locks on your door!
- Go to Profile Settings → Security
- Click Enable 2FA
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
- Enter the code it gives you
- Save your backup codes somewhere safe
Important
Save your backup codes in a safe place! You'll need them if you lose access to your authenticator app. 🔐

💻 Session Management
See and manage all the places where you're logged in.
Viewing Active Sessions
Go to Profile Settings → Sessions to see every device where you're logged in:

Signing Out of Sessions
You can sign out from specific devices or all of them:

Session Security

🏢 Multiple Companies
If you have access to more than one Kayse AI account, you can switch between them.
Switching Companies
- Click your picture in the top-right corner
- Pick Switch Company
- Choose the company you want
Each company has its own cases, settings, and data. Your profile settings stay the same across all of them.
👥 Company Roles
You might have a different role in each company. Your current role shows on your profile. Admins can change it in Settings → Team:

Default Company
Pick which company opens when you log in:
- Go to Profile Settings → Companies
- Click Set Default next to the one you want
- That company loads automatically next time

Manage your email subscriptions:

Each user has a special link to manage their email preferences.

🔌 API Access
Manage your personal API keys:
Personal API Keys
- Go to Profile Settings → API
- Click Generate API Key
- Give it a name
- Copy and save it right away (you won't see it again!)

📱 Mobile App
Connect the Kayse AI mobile app to your account:

- Download Kayse AI from the App Store or Google Play
- Open the app
- Enter your email
- Check your email for a verification link
- Tap the link to connect

Get a copy of your personal data:
- Go to Profile Settings → Privacy
- Click Request Data Export
- You'll get a download link in your email
Delete Account
Warning
Deleting your account is permanent and can't be undone. ⚠️
Contact your administrator to delete your account. Admins can remove users from Settings → Team.
