Set up your company profile, team members, case types, integrations, and other settings that apply to your whole organization. ⚙️
👥 Staff and Scopes
Use company settings to manage member access in two places:
- Staff tab: invite, edit, and remove members
- Scopes tab: create case-type scope groups and assign them to users with role User

📋 Onboarding dashboard
Use the Onboarding dashboard to see activation progress, a setup checklist, quick shortcuts, and recommended next steps. While onboarding is in progress, a banner also appears at the top of Settings → Company with a link to the full dashboard.

Your company profile has info about your organization that shows up in different places throughout Kayse AI.

Make Kayse AI look like your brand:

To update your company profile:
- Go to Settings → Company
- Change what you need
- Click Save ✅
⚖️ Compliance Settings
HIPAA Compliance
Turn on HIPAA features if you handle health information:

If you handle protected health information (PHI), turn on HIPAA mode before saving any client data!
