Zapier Setup - Invite Kayse Support to Help With Your Zaps

Welcome! 👋

This short guide will help your firm set up the Zapier integration and share access with the Kayse team to complete your automation setup.

🔹 Step 1 — Invite the Kayse team to your Zapier organization

Before we can begin configuring your Zaps, please invite our team to your Zapier workspace so we can help with the setup.

  1. Log in to your Zapier account.
  2. In the left sidebar, open Members → Invites.
  3. Click “Invite members.”
  4. Enter the Kayse team’s email addresses (we’ll provide them during onboarding).
  5. Set their role to Member.
  6. Click Send Invite.

Once you’ve sent the invites, you’ll see the pending invitations appear in your Invites tab.

📝 This access allows the Kayse team to set up the integration folder and create automations securely inside your workspace.

🔹 Step 2 — Add your App Connections

Next, you’ll connect your apps (Google Sheets, SharePoint, or Microsoft Excel) inside Zapier so we can link them to your workflows.

  1. In the left sidebar, click App Connections.
  2. Click “Add connection.”
  3. Add and authorize each of the following apps:
    • Google Sheets
    • SharePoint
    • Microsoft Excel
    • etc.
  4. Sign in when prompted and confirm each connection.

Once added, you’ll see them listed under App Connections in your account.

🔹 Step 3 — Share the connections with the Kayse team

After your apps are connected, please share access with our team so we can complete the configuration.

  1. Stay on the App Connections page.
  2. Hover over each connected app.
  3. Click “Share with team.”
  4. Enter the Kayse team emails (provided during onboarding).
  5. Confirm sharing for each connection.

🛡️ This sharing gives Kayse limited access only to these connections — not to your entire Zapier workspace.

Step 4 — That’s it!

Once the connections are shared and the invites are accepted, our team will:

  • Create a dedicated Kayse folder inside your Zapier account.
  • Configure the required Zaps and triggers.
  • Test your automations to make sure data flows correctly between Zapier and Kayse.

After setup, you’ll receive a confirmation message and a quick walkthrough of how everything works.
