Team Member Invitations
Use team member invitations to give staff access to your Kayse AI company account. New team members receive an email invitation and complete registration from the invitation link.
INFO
Only admins can invite and manage company staff.
Invite a Team Member
- Go to Settings -> Company
- Open the Staff tab
- Click Invite new member
- Enter the team member's details
- Choose a role
- Click Add
For a new team member, Kayse sends an email invitation to the address you entered. The invitation appears in the Invitations tab while it is pending.

- A country code by itself, such as
+1with no local number, is treated as empty. - If you do not have a reliable phone number for the team member, leave this field empty.
- If Kayse reports that a phone number is already invited or already in use, remove the phone number or use the team member's own number.
Role Options
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access to company features and settings. |
| User | Day-to-day case work and messaging, with optional case-type limits through scopes. |
After Sending an Invitation
From Settings -> Company -> Staff, use the Invitations tab to review pending invitations. Invitation links expire after 24 hours. You can resend an invitation email, update invitation details, or remove an invitation before it is accepted.
After the team member accepts the invitation, they appear with the active staff members. For members with role User, you can edit the member and assign scopes to limit case-type access.
If the email address already belongs to a Kayse admin who is not yet part of your company, Kayse can add that admin to the company without creating a new pending invitation.
