🛠 Updates & Improvements 💬 Messages Communication

• Updated default sorting of chats — chats with unread messages are now displayed at the top of the chat list.

📊 AI Campaign Improvements

• Added new Call List sorting options:

Duration — sort calls from longest to shortest

Sentiment — sort calls by sentiment value

Client — sort calls alphabetically by client name

• Added Case Number column to both the Calls List and Import Report Review window.

• Implemented Export to File — allows exporting call data and analytics to a CSV file.

• Integrated support for disconnection reasons and end reasons count in reporting and chart filtering.

• Updated webhook logic for inbound call metadata.

• Export updates: improved duration format and added Transferred To column.

🎯 Automation & Sentiment

• Enhanced Sentiment Automation — users can now configure specific days and times for automatic follow-up messages triggered by sentiment change.

📥 Import Improvements

• Improved progress banner during file import — now fixed at the top and doesn’t block navigation.

• Updated Import Report template — now includes import date, updated subject, and timestamped filenames.

🧑‍💼 Company Settings

• Improved company logo upload — added image cropping functionality.

🔔 Notifications

• Added ability to delete individual and all notifications.

• Added “mark all as read” option for easier inbox cleanup.

📱 Mobile Application

• Added support for Login by phone number, including OTP verification flow.
