• Duration — sort calls from longest to shortest
• Sentiment — sort calls by sentiment value
• Client — sort calls alphabetically by client name
• Added Case Number column to both the Calls List and Import Report Review window.
• Implemented Export to File — allows exporting call data and analytics to a CSV file.
• Integrated support for disconnection reasons and end reasons count in reporting and chart filtering.
• Updated webhook logic for inbound call metadata.
• Export updates: improved duration format and added Transferred To column.
