Time Zone Enhancements, SMS Opt-Outs & Multi-Image Chats

This release brings a mix of key improvements and quality updates across web and mobile — improving accuracy, communication handling, and user experience. ✨

🎯 New Features & Improvements

🕓 Improved Client Time Zone Calculation

We’ve refined how Kayse determines a client’s time zone for scheduling and outreach.

  • Time zones are now calculated automatically using the client’s ZIP code.
  • If the ZIP code is unavailable, the system falls back to the phone number’s area code.
  • Provides more accurate local-time targeting for calls, messages, and AI campaigns.

🌐 Cleaner Time Zone Display on Web.

We’ve normalized and simplified time zone names throughout the web app.

  • Displays now show user-friendly time zone labels instead of technical codes.
  • Eliminates duplicates and redundant entries for a smoother selection experience.

📵 SMS Opt-Out

Clients can now easily opt out of further SMS communication.

  • When a recipient replies with “Stop”, “Opt me out”, or similar keywords, their number is automatically marked as Opt Out.
  • The client profile is updated accordingly, and SMS messaging is disabled for that phone number.
  • Prevents unwanted outreach and ensures compliance with communication preferences.

📱 Multi-Image Support in Mobile Chat

Mobile users can now send and view multiple images in a single chat conversation.

  • Upload and preview several images at once.
  • Enhances client communication and document sharing on the go.

☎️ Bulk Call Opt-Out Action

We’ve added a new “Call Opt Out” bulk action to the Lists and Cases pages.

  • Select multiple cases, choose Bulk Actions → Call Opt Out, and apply instantly.
  • Ensures consistent communication preferences across selected records.

📁 Importer Stability & Performance

The Importer has been enhanced for smoother file processing.

  • Improved handling of row validation and file structure.
