All metrics — from total calls to average call time — can now be filtered by custom date ranges.

Click on any call to open a full view of what happened — in one beautiful screen.
Here’s what you get:

- Call sentiment (e.g. Neutral, Positive)
- Call result (e.g. Successful, Missed, Blocked)
- Reason for call (e.g. "car accident last week")
- AI Outcome — What was done: message taken, voicemail, etc.
- Next steps — e.g. “Assign to attorney for callback”

📱 2. Auto-Replies in the Mobile App
We’ve added a helpful auto-responder for messages sent from the mobile client app.
How it works:
- Sends a friendly “Thanks, we got your message!” right after a client messages you
- Only sends once every few hours (not after every message!)
- Helps set expectations, especially outside business hours
💬 Unique Every Time: Instead of one standard message, the auto-responder now pulls from a set of 50 friendly, randomized messages — so each reply feels fresh and personalized.
🌐 Appears in both web and mobile: You and your team will see exactly what the client sees — the auto-response is logged in the chat thread on both the mobile app and desktop/web dashboard.
Here’s the example of the message your clients will see:
