This release introduces major AI contact enrichment upgrades and several key data reliability improvements that make Kayse smarter, more accurate, and easier to use across your daily workflows. ✨

📞 Auto Data Enrichment & Wrong Number Handling

Kayse now automatically updates client phone numbers detected as invalid or incorrect during AI Campaign calls.

  • When a call returns an Invalid Destination or a client reports a Wrong Number, the system automatically performs data enrichment to find a valid phone number.
  • The newly found number is set as Primary, while the old one is marked Invalid and remains in the client’s history for reference.
  • Each invalid or replaced number is tagged as Wrong Number, clearly visible on the client profile and contact list.
  • Future AI Campaign calls automatically use the updated number — ensuring outreach continuity and preventing failed communication attempts.

These upgrades create a self-healing contact system, reducing manual cleanup and improving campaign accuracy.

🔁 Phone Number Sync from LawRuler & SmartAdvocate

Kayse now synchronizes all phone number types from your connected systems — including mobile, home, work, fax, and office.

  • All numbers are imported and displayed with their original type labels.
  • Flags are preserved and visible in the contact’s communication panel.
  • Ensures a complete, accurate overview of each client’s contact information.

📄 Pagination Across AI Campaigns and Case Lists

Managing large datasets is now smoother than ever.

  • Added pagination controls and fixed table headers/footers across all main list and campaign pages.
  • Quickly navigate large lists without losing your place or context.

Kayse now automatically validates and sanitizes emails across all input points — including Importer, LawRuler, SmartAdvocate, Bulk Actions API.

  • Built using validation to ensure email addresses are verified before use.
  • Prevents unreachable destinations and reduces failed communication attempts.
